Castlederg is a market town in Co Tyrone situated approximately 18 miles northwest of Omagh and 25 miles southwest from Derry. The lands are located on teh Edenreagh Road close to its junction with Scraghy Road approximately 4 miles southwest of Castlederg. The second parcel of lands are located on the Aghamore Road close to its junction with the Aghascrebagh Road.

Description

Edenreagh Road lands are irregular in shape laid in grass and are primarily of good quality. To the rear of the lands is a derelict single storey dwelling and outbuilding.

Aghamore Road lands are rectangular in shape and are poor quality.
