Larne is a major town located on the east coast of Co Antrim approximately 24 miles (39 kms) north of Belfast via the M2 motorway and recently upgraded A8 carriageway. F/2015/0051/F granted in August 2015 for a development comprising 17 no. townhouses and 7 no. apartments with associated car parking. Additionally, the site is located within the Development Limit of Larne Town and is designated for no specific use within the Larne Area Plan 2010.
